The Mechanical Machine Operator performs technical activities required for the safe operation of beauty care and laundry packaging line equipment to ensure the production of a high-quality consumer finished good. This person is responsible for machine operation along with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues on packaging line equipment while minimizing the interruption to production.

What you'll do
- Operate packaging line equipment.
- Clean and change over packaging line equipment, as necessary with minimal downtime, all while verifying correct material components.
- Perform quality checks, knowing which documents are required and shift record keeping procedures.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment.
- Perform intermediate mechanical activities.
- Identify and address operational and material problems.
- Identify critical, stop production quality issues, and pursue corrective actions.

3rd 10:30pm -6:30am
What makes you a fit
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Vocational/Technical coursework is preferred.
- Must have 2-3 years of current or recent production operation or industrial maintenance experience.
- Must have knowledge of manufacturing/packaging equipment, such as mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors, as well as hand tools and power tools.
- Must have basic to intermediate computer and math skills.
- Must have intermediate to advanced troubleshooting skills.
The hourly rate for this role is $24.55. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
