YOUR ROLE

  • Develop, execute and monitor regional go to market strategies to drive business growth and targets in line with global strategy and in close alignment with regional sales management
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the region, including competitor analysis and customer segmentation
  • Manage profitability by analyzing pricing data, cost structures, and market dynamics to optimize margins
  • Develop and execute roll-out plans for new products, ensuring seamless implementation while closely monitoring performance and gathering feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with overall business goals and market dynamics
  • Determine optimal pricing structures and tactics to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market
  • Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies as needed based on market trends, customer feedback, and provide guidance and support to sales teams on pricing negotiations

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s in business administration, marketing & sales or similar is required, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant business experience in the fields of pricing, strategic marketing, controlling or sales excellence
  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills with the ability to influence people at different levels across the organization
  • Experience in working in a large, matrix organization with an international focus
  • Profound knowledge in change management and project execution, effectively managing simultaneous work streams and a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
