We are looking for an intern available 6 months as from April 1st.
What you´ll do
You will be part of the Customer Excellence Team of Henkel Consumer Brands, located in Brussels, serving BeNeLux customers. Your tasks will be the following:
- Proactive communication towards customers about product availabilities and out of stocks
- Maintaining Non-Delivery reasons related to service level
- Responsible for logistic reports on carrier capacity and performance, POD and monthly presentations of carrier performance reporting
- Maintaining strong contacts (local and international) with various departments such as Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales
- Providing support & follow-up within our systems (SAP, OTM,…)
- Handling & controlling of prices in orders
- Opportunity to bring your own points of improvements
What makes you a good fit
- Academic degree in Economics or related field of study (logistics, supply chain, ...)
- Strong interest in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, and the FMCG sector
- Possessing advanced analytical skills and high sense for accuracy
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (cf. pivot tables), eager to learn and work in systems. Knowledge of/experience with SAP, Power BI is a big asset
- Excellent knowledge of English (French and Dutch is an asset)
- Available for 6 months as of 1st of April 2026 - possibility to extend the internship
