As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving informed decision-making. What you´ll do
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Support planning and operations teams with actionable analytics and reporting tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance supply chain efficiency
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate performance insights to stakeholders
- Assist in forecasting and capacity planning using historical data and predictive models
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across logistics systems and reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing analytical support and recommendations
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Engineering, Accounting or other relevant courses
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in Reporting (especially for business performance, decision-making, planning, supplier information, and purchasing); Preferably obtained from a Supply Chain-related role or industry
- Preferably with knowledge in Supply Chain Processes such as material planning, inventory management, logistics, and customer service is preferrable
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Power BI (front-end), Workspace, Scorecards and Microsoft Office Excel required; Skills in VBA and Macros, SAP or other accounting system is highly preferred
- Excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills; Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma), Sustainability and Project Management is an advantage
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
