What makes you a good fit

• B.S. in Structural or Civil Engineering,Engineering Technology, approved Science or related degree, masters preferred
• Professional Engineer (P.E.), at least 5-10 years of experience with leadership experience a plus
• License in multiple states a plus.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with FRP systems, specifically in the civil/structural market space for both seismic and gravity load fiber-reinforced polymer composite applications are a plus.
• Incumbent must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possess and apply comprehensive engineering knowledge on significant assignments.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret very complex documents and respond effectively to highly sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to assist the Sales Team in making effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on complex design topics to management, customers, and public groups.

Mathematical Skills:

• Ability to work with highly complex mathematical problems specifically relating to structural engineering, as well as other concepts such as probability and statistical inference along with fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

The salary for this role is $73.000.00 - $110.000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
