    • Implement 5S management to ensure full compliance of material management processes with company regulations, lead internal and external audits and rectifications, and mitigate compliance risks.
    • Establish inventory control mechanisms for obsolete and slow-moving items (OSMI) and waste, regularly analyze inventory turnover data, formulate OSMI clearance plans, and achieve annual OSMI targets.
  • Material Import-Export and Trade Management:
    • Lead customs declaration, clearance, and transportation coordination for imported and exported materials to ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements.

    • Regularly analyze warehouse and logistics cost structures, formulate cost-saving and efficiency-improving strategies, and supervise their implementation.
    • Promote Lean Management (Lean/Six Sigma) and the application of automation tools to optimize material flow efficiency, reduce manual operation errors, enhance labor efficiency, and lower operational costs.
    • Lead the implementation of digital tools to improve data transparency and automation levels.
    • Regularly analyze warehouse and material cost structures, reduce waste generation, formulate cost-saving and efficiency-improving strategies, and supervise their implementation.
  • Safety Management and Compliance Supervision:
    • Establish and enforce departmental safety management systems (e.g., high-position picking management, forklift management, hazardous materials management, fire and explosion prevention) to ensure zero accident targets.
    • Regularly organize safety training and emergency drills to strengthen employee safety awareness and ensure compliance with OSHA or local safety regulations.
  • Team Building and Performance Improvement:
    • Oversee team recruitment, training, goal setting, and performance evaluation, develop incentive programs to enhance employee motivation and satisfaction.
    • Build talent pipelines and cultivate subordinates’ core capabilities in planning management, system operation, and problem-solving.
