As part of the Henkel Beauty Care Professional portfolio, JOICO offers a broad portfolio of professional hair products exclusively for hairdressers. In the Hair Salon Business, Henkel Beauty Care is among the top 3 beauty companies worldwide and continuously stimulates the market with innovative launches. During this internship, the intern will get a unique experience to work within the Education Team for JOICO Professional Hair Care, focusing on Events & Communications.

YOUR ROLE:
- Event Coordination: Be part of the action! Assist & coordinate various trainings & events in the JOICO Experience Center from start to finish, working together with the education team, as well as European Creative (Color) team members, distributors and educators throughout Europe.
- Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate exciting projects alongside the JOICO (education) team. Assist in project management activities and conduct insightful analyses to optimize performance.
- Administrative & Communication tasks: Keep us organized by creating monthly reports, newsletters, taking meeting notes, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Content Development: Put your creativity to work! Co-create educational materials and tools that shape the future of professional hair care education.
- Digital Innovation: Contribute to pioneering digital education initiatives. You’ll assist in developing cutting-edge content and strategies that keep us ahead of the curve.
- Social media Development: Upskill your social media knowledge on a business level. Follow social media trends, generate ideas & co-create social media assets for the JOICO education Instagram account.
- Idea Generation: Bring your ideas to the table— Whether it’s creative projects, ways to make our work even better, or new business cases tailored to specific regions, fueling Henkel's global expansion.

What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related (HBO or WO, student or recent graduate)
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), with fluency in additional languages considered a plus.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Knowledge of content editing in Canva is considered a plus.
- Conceptual and analytical skills.
- Available for an internship of 6 months, starting in September 2025.
- Living near the JOICO headquarters (office based in Helmond), within max. 1 hour traveling.
