About this position
What you´ll do
- Gather and understand internal cross-department team needs independently, with a clear overall grasp of planning; ensure accurate communication of creative ideas and information to internal teams.
- Coordinate with the team to manage projects, help solve issues during execution, monitor schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Apply integrated communication thinking and understand key industry communication traits; identify opportunities based on market and media conditions, and translate team needs into brand marketing plans.
- Have strong industry knowledge and creativity; assist in developing brand marketing plans, including creative ideas, strategies, and media communication.
- Communicate well with cross-department teams, organize and attend client meetings, and record meeting notes.
- Complete other strategy, service, and execution tasks assigned by supervisors.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in advertising, public relations, marketing, journalism, or related fields preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the advertising industry, with rich experience managing various brand clients.
- Knowledge of advertising operations, experience in internet advertising or website projects is a plus; familiarity with interactive marketing is preferred.
- Familiar with integrated marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and insights into brand communication; able to understand, analyze, and synthesize branding strategies.
- Strong proposal planning, communication, and project management skills; creative thinking, fluent in English is a plus.
- Good service awareness and teamwork spirit; excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills; team management experience is advantageous.
