About this Position
We are looking for a Field Sales professional with strong strategic and commercial orientation, capable of leading growth initiatives in the industrial and packaging markets. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to manage key accounts and drive impactful results for the company.
What you´ll do
- Executes sales plans and strategy in line with SBU and sustainability strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers
- Develops and executes action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap to enhance loyalty and long-term partnership
- Design and implement business and commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Set clear objectives for the sales team and ensure their achievement.
- Make timely decisions to drive business results.
- Establish priorities based on market potential.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Understand the market and provide strategic insights to the company.
- Collaborate with key business departments to properly position the company.
- Manage the portfolio of strategic and key accounts.
- Conduct in-person client visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
- Additional training in Marketing or Business is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in commercial and technical roles, preferably in packaging
- Willingness to travel frequently within and outside the country (LATAM).
- Proficient in English
