About this position
What you´ll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives to strengthen brand positioning
- Create compelling and consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring integrated brand messaging
- Conduct market research to uncover consumer trends, monitor competitors, and identify opportunities for brand growth
- Manage budgets for branding and marketing initiatives efficiently
- Lead the innovation pipeline for your categories: create, develop, and launch innovations for global assets, and steer formula development with key stakeholders such as Product Development, Supply Chain, and Packaging
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in marketing or business administration
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in B2C Marketing in international environment, preferably in FMCG industry
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas
- Strategic skills to develop and execute effective brand strategies
- Leadership capabilities to foster a collaborative work environment
- Proficient in English; knowledge of German is not required
