About this position
About this Position
- Import& Export Specialist role mainly focuses on import and export process smoothly at execution level. Ensuring the legality and compliance of import and export operations.
What you´ll do
- Customs coordination& clearance, facilitate smooth customs clearance, address clearance delays proactively and cooperate with broker to solve abnormal clearance problem etc.
- Daily import and export operations, ensure all documentation complies with customs regulations and company policies.
- Import and export data analysis, cost optimization and process improvement.
- Participate in other related affairs of functional lines according to work arrangement.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree and above.
- 1-3 years of practical experience in customs coordination, import/export operations. Familiar with Guangzhou Customs requirements and regulations. Certification in customs/trade compliance is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem solving skill.
- English reading and writing skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
