About this Position
In the role of Logistics, Planning & Operations Analyst focused on Inventory and Planning Support, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring that product documentation is managed efficiently and accurately. This position is vital for maintaining seamless communication with suppliers and internal teams, facilitating timely information flow that supports critical decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of professionals and report to a senior manager, contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. What you´ll do
- Responsible for reviewing, reconciling, and approving invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Handles discrepancies, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, and maintains accurate records for audits and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and global counterparts to maintain smooth operations and compliance
- Support supply chain-related projects, evaluate improvement opportunities, and contribute to operational excellence
- Ensure ISO documents and desktop procedures are up-to-date
- Handle other related tasks/duties that may be assigned by superior
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Business /IT or Management-related courses
- Preferably with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) is required
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in using Excel VBA; Power Query and SAP Scripting is a plus
- Must be proactive, analytical and possess strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, with strong attention to detail
- Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
