About this position
What you´ll do
- Takes and processes orders of customer
- Negotiates customer agreements
- Establishes and maintains strong commercial customer relations
- Develops an action plan for each customer in line with objectives
- Attends to customer care to ensure that all client needs are met
- Coordinates with TAs education implementation and sales impact
- Steers the overdue payments, blocks orders if needed
- Meets sales and distribution targets
- Ensures merchandising and brand representation in salons
- Carries out administrative tasks related to reporting and contract management
- Pro-actively maintains understanding of market developments and relevant product knowledge
- Actively looks to grow NCA to maximise territory coverage
What makes you a good fit
- 5+ years of experience in sales or commercial account management, ideally in B2B wholesale or distribution.
- Strong relationship management skills to handle a mature, long-standing client portfolio (distributors, wholesalers, retail chains).
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Native/advanced Spanish; English at intermediate level
- Based in Barcelona and willing to travel across Northern Spain (Zaragoza, Navarra, Galicia, Asturias, Basque Country, Castilla y León).
- Solid knowledge of sales planning, pricing, portfolio management, POS and merchandising.
- Good command of Excel (no macros), PowerPoint, and Word; digital aptitude is a plus.
- Motivated to continue developing professionally within a role
