About this position
What you´ll do
- Project management Team Lead: recruiting, on-boarding & development, acts as role model to drive agility, resilience and digitalization.
- Foster a continuous learning and contribution mindset.
- Develop high-quality Press Releases in Arabic and English.
- Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Communication to oversee all external and internal communication across GCC countries (corporate website, social media, news, feature articles).
- Assist in implementing a strategic and cohesive communications plan to support business objectives in the GCC region.
- Experience with social media management and content planning is advantageous.
- Curate engaging internal stories from Henkel GCC sites.
- Propose new strategies to enhance existing processes and elevate the corporate brand internally and externally.
- Generate innovative ideas to support business goals.
- Collaborate closely with various functional and brand teams within the business units to enhance communication.
- Stay updated with the latest communication and business trends.
- Familiarity with Public Relations practices.
- Assist the regional corporate communications team with ad-hoc projects
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written), with translation abilities between the two languages.
- Strong networking skills.
- Experience in event management.
- Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Illustrator and video editing software.
- Ability to capture photographs and videos for internal and external content.
- Strategic thinking ability.
- Creativity and innovative thinking to generate new ideas.
