About this Position
What you´ll do
- Translate our sales strategy into clear action plans and drive their execution in North Germany
- Achieve sales, margin and distribution targets through sharp forecasting, KPI steering and market monitoring
- Lead, coach and develop your Territory Sales Engineers into a high-performing team with efficient area coverage
- Implement our strategic initiatives to grow our TEROSON and LOCTITE solutions in the independent automotive aftermarket
- Build strong relationships with distribution partners and end customers, turning their feedback into sharper sales approaches
- Coordinate your sales area’s demand creation roadmap, monitor Salesforce projects, and use data analytics to boost performance
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Application Engineering and our Distribution KAM team to ensure full support for your team
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field (Master/MBA is a plus)
- At least 5 years in B2B sales, ideally in the automotive aftermarket or a comparable technical industry
- Proven team leadership and end-to-end sales project experience, with the ability to explain technical products convincingly
- Strong negotiation, pricing and analytical skills, confident with CRM and data analytics – entrepreneurial, structured and collaborative
- Fluent German and English, high willingness to travel across North Germany, ideally home-office based in the region
