About this Position
What you´ll do
- Drive profitable growth by combining technical and commercial skills to promote technical solutions to Personal Hygiene & Tissue customers
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
- Build trusted customer relationships and provide value-driven technical consultation tailored to individual customer needs
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
- Create and present compelling proposals that demonstrate customer value, address customer needs and objections, and secure business
- Establish relationships with allied suppliers to stay close to market trends and identify growth opportunities
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in chemical or industrial engineering or other relevant technology/science
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, ideally in a technology-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with talent in building trusted relationships with internal and external professionals of all organizational levels
- Customer-focused problem solver with a commercial mindset
- Excellent negotiation & closing capabilities
- Fluent in English & German; additional languages are a plus
