About this Position
This position is responsible for driving sales growth across Türkiye for the Infrastructure Protect & Repair (IPR) business. Representing Henkel's globally recognized Seal For Life and CSNRI portfolios, the role delivers innovative solutions for Asset Integrity, Corrosion Prevention and Infrastructure Protection across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Marine, Power Generation and other critical infrastructure sectors. The Sales Engineer develops strategic customer relationships and new business opportunities by combining technical expertise with value-driven solutions.
What you´ll do
- Drive business development activities across Türkiye for the Infrastructure Protect & Repair (IPR) portfolio.
- Identify new opportunities related to Asset Integrity, Corrosion Prevention, pipeline rehabilitation and critical infrastructure maintenance.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue, profitability and market share.
- Manage relationships with key end users, EPC contractors, engineering companies, asset owners, consultants and applicators.
- Provide technical consultation and develop engineered solutions for customer-specific applications.
- Plan and conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, customer workshops and training activities.
- Support specification development and project approvals through close cooperation with engineering teams.
- Manage project opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle, from opportunity identification to project execution.
- Develop technical capabilities of distributors and certified application partners.
- Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Global Technical Teams to ensure operational excellence.
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
- Experience within Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical, Marine, Power Generation or other heavy industries is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of corrosion mechanisms, pipeline integrity, protective coating systems and repair technologies is a strong advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in technical B2B sales, Asset Integrity, Corrosion Prevention, Inspection, Maintenance or related industrial sectors.
- Experience working with project-based sales and long sales cycles.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, presentation and technical consulting skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and capable of working independently across a nationwide territory.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively throughout Türkiye.
