About this Position
Support the LATAM Security team in operating and improving electronic security technologies across the region, including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Alarm Monitoring, Visitor Management, and related platforms. Working closely with senior team members, you'll help implement the LATAM Security Technology Roadmap and build your expertise in enterprise security systems in a multinational environment.
What you´ll do
- Help apply regional security technology standards, technical requirements, and best practices across LATAM sites, and support site assessments to identify gaps.
- Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day technical questions from Security, Facilities, IT, and site teams, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support security technology projects, including new site deployments, expansions, upgrades, and migrations, by tracking tasks, timelines, documentation, and testing.
- Assist in coordinating with IT to make sure security systems are properly configured and integrated with enterprise infrastructure.
- Research new and emerging security technologies and help prepare comparisons and recommendations for the team.
- Support vendor and integrator coordination, including following up on service requests, tracking performance, and maintaining records.
- Help collect data and maintain KPI reports and dashboards on system health and performance.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Security, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in electronic security, IT, systems support, or a related area (internships count).
- Basic knowledge of, or strong interest in, CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Alarm Monitoring, and Video
- Management Systems (VMS).
- Good analytical skills and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Organized, curious, and eager to learn, with good communication skills to work with teams across different countries.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.
