About this Position

  • To responsible for cosmetic registration/notification and product compliance in China. 

What you´ll do

  • To be responsible for legal entities maintain for SKP and production sites. 
  • Manage SKP registration/notification, independently handle document preparation to ensure accurate and timely submission. Collaborate with agency, monitor and obtain approval of SKP registration/notification. 
  • Manage whole process for SKP registration/notification, co-work with MKT, JP RA, PD and other functions to make sure SKP business goes well.
  • Review product claims and labels/PDP other materials for SKP to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in CN.
  • Conduct formula & raw material review, ensuring compliance with CSTS & IECIC. 
  • Well manage SKP database, timely update and maintain document in a good manner.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Food Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in regulatory affairs within cosmetics is strongly preferred.
  • Language & Communication – Proficiency in both English and Chinese; able to read, write, and communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.
  • Technical Skills – Proficient in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Interpersonal & Teamwork – Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills; ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail & Documentation – Meticulous and organized, with excellent document management and record-keeping capabilities.
