As part of our Hungarian Marketing Team, you will manage a portfolio of iconic brands, working closely with regional and cross-functional partners to identify growth opportunities and bring winning strategies to life. What you´ll do
- Own and execute the local brand strategy and annual marketing plans in line with business objectives and regional priorities
- Monitor brand performance and identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market data, competitive analysis, and category trends
- Lead the execution of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Drive innovation and product launch projects, ensuring successful go-to-market execution and post-launch performance tracking
- Manage packaging updates and portfolio optimization initiatives in line with brand and business needs
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Controlling, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective activation, strong in-store execution, and brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage the assigned marketing budget, monitor spending, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Partner with regional marketing teams to align on strategic priorities, share best practices, and contribute to regional projects and initiatives
- Prepare business cases, marketing analyses, and performance reviews to support decision-making and future growth plans
- Support the achievement of brand sales, market share, and profitability targets through data-driven marketing initiatives
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
- 2-4+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, brand management, or a related commercial role
- Proven track record of successfully managing brands, marketing campaigns, and product launches
- Experience in FMCG and/or a multinational environment; exposure to regional projects is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate consumer insights and market data into actionable business recommendations
- Commercial mindset with a solid understanding of brand performance drivers and business results
- Experience working with creative, media, digital, and research agencies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization
- Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborative team player with a positive, entrepreneurial, and "Can Do" attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
