量販店・ドラッグストア・などの販売チャネルを通じて、ヘンケルの消費財ブランドの売上拡大を実現する営業職です
What you´ll do
担当販売店を理解する、客層、品揃え、店舗コンセプトなど
担当販売店毎に販売提案書スケジュールを策定
担当販売店へ販売提案の商談を行い、成約を勝ち取る
担当販売店との信頼関係を強化する
市場や担当販売店のPOSデータ分析を行い販売店へ提案を行う
ストアマネジャーを活用し売場の品揃えを提案する
社内における売上管理と、各種経費申請
社内での成功事例の共有など、ビジネス向上へのリーダーシップを発揮
適したスキル
必須要件
・1年以上の実務経験
・関連業界での営業経験
歓迎要件
・営業の経験・法人営業スキル
・ルート営業経験
・英語スキル(アレルギーのない方）
