About this Position
- Build Up Team capability to meet the dynamic demand requirement in production area.
- Optimize a clear data collection and data driving methodology to drive safety, quality and productivity continuous improvement.
- Good Facilitator to manage all activities at the workshop level including 5M+1E elements, meet company compliance requirements.
- leaders to drive all continuous improvement in production responsibility which should meet related project requirement (Cost, Quality, Safety, Schedule…).
What you´ll do
- Identified Resource need and set Up a robust training and assessment program to meet team capability need.
- Stick to production KPI and action in time-based to reflect the real situation in production area and drive continuous improvement.
- Good Facilitator to manage all activities at the workshop level including 5M+1E elements, meet company compliance requirements.
- leaders to drive all continuous improvement in production responsibility which should meet related project requirement (Cost, Quality, Safety, Schedule…).
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor or above.
- >=5 years related working experience.
- Positive Work Attitude and can work under pressure.
- Result Orientation & Self-Learning Person.
- Familiar with Lean/Quality ect. Tool, 6 Sigma Certification would be better.
- Good at English, in written & oral.
