About this Position

As a Recruitment and Employer Reputation Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the future talent pipeline and strengthening our reputation as an employer of choice. This position combines talent acquisition and employer branding, focusing on attracting, engaging, and hiring high-potential early-career talent while creating meaningful connections with universities, professional communities, and future candidates. Working closely with HR colleagues, business leaders, and regional employer branding experts, you will help bring our employer value proposition to life across multiple touchpoints. What you´ll do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for internships, fresh graduates, early career, and other assigned roles, ensuring timely hiring and a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, while maintaining high-quality hiring standards
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job boards, university partnerships, career centers, recruitment agencies, social media, and other talent channels to attract top early-career talent
  • Partner with HR teams and business leaders to align recruitment activities with workforce planning, talent pipeline needs, and global recruitment strategies
  • Plan and deliver campus recruitment initiatives, internship programs, career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction activities to strengthen the early-career talent pipeline
  • Lead local employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the Regional Employer Reputation COE, enhancing the company's position as an employer of choice
  • Monitor talent market trends, employer brand perception, and recruitment effectiveness, continuously improving attraction, engagement, and hiring processes to achieve business objectives

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant recruitment experience, including expertise in talent acquisition, active sourcing, and target search techniques; experience within a multinational or shared services environment is preferred
  • Proven experience in campus relations, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives, including social media recruiting, campus engagement, employee engagement activities, talent mapping, and market research
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HR policies, HRIS, and process management, with a continuous improvement mindset and experience in business process improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and decision-making skills, with exceptional written and verbal English proficiency
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers
  • Amenable to working on a day shift schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) in a hybrid work setup (combination of work-from-home and onsite work in Ayala Avenue, Makati)
