YOUR ROLE

• Shape Sustainability Strategy for Adhesive Technologies in Automotive being the partner of choice for the design of low environmental impact processes; translate strategy into a clear action plan, leveraging sustainability as a clear differentiator in the market
  
• Drive sustainability expert groups on CO2 emission savings and dematerialization as well as circular economy by providing scientific expert content from along the value chain, connecting the target audience in the business and contributing to upskilling the entire organization
  
• Develop strategy and implementation of consistent sustainability impact measurement for the Adhesive Technologies solution portfolio in Automotive; link and consult Henkel sustainability data and measurement efforts to support integration of sustainability KPIs in all relevant business systems/applications
  
• Establish network and represent Henkel externally in industry associations, international conferences, at customers, as well as in internal bodies - to improve our sustainability expertise, performance and reputation

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Science or Sustainability, PhD optional
  
• Ideally 6-10 years of professional experience, including the development or implementation of sustainability related concepts, preferably in the Automotive industry
• Passion about sustainability, innovation and technologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills, experience in steering cross-functional teams
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills
  
• Team orientation
  
• Excellent English language skills, additional languages are a plus
