Global Media Performance Manager Social (d/f/m)

  • Consulting of senior stakeholders & development of digital performance media strategy for key D2C brands & e-shop activation via paid social channels
  • Implementation of paid social media campaigns via buying tools, budget steering, hands-on optimization & evaluation
  • Analysis & reporting of social media performance campaigns, including further development & steering of key KPI set
  • Cooperation with internal partners for digital ad technology & enabling correct tracking setup for paid social performance media
  • Synergies with other performance marketing channels (e.g. Paid Search), onsite conversion rate optimization & web analytics as well as brand awareness campaigns
  • Digital counseling, strategy & training for internal stakeholders (marketing, e-commerce, new business)
  • Steering of internal resources & external partners
  • Working in a challenging, dynamic & international environment


  • Master’s degree in Business Administration / IT / Media or similar area
  • Minimum 5 year practical experience in the field of digital performance media with focus on paid social media, e.g. work experience in a performance media agency / ad technology company or other relevant environement
  • Solid expertise in social media ad tools, campaign management, KPI analysis & optimization
  • Experience in performance marketing for start-ups or new brand launches & basic digital creative knowledge are a plus
  • Proven hands-on experiences with digital marketing solutions (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics)
  • Passion for performance marketing & e-commerce, ad tech and digital business models
  • Results-oriented and reliable project management
  • Persuasive communication, convincing and analytical skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders across functions, countries and external partners
  • Fluent english language skills
