The eCommerce team is seeking a Regional eCommerce Lead for Europe to drive the development and use of our B2B ecommerce platform forward in the region.

What we offer

  • Manage the B2B customer facing eShop in region
  • Work closely with 5 Adhesives strategic business units to identify regional functional needs and prioritize according to business benefits
  • Coordinate regional eCommerce leads to clarify requirements and describe user stories
  • Roll out new eCommerce features within region
  • Ideate and pilot new features for the eShop to drive sales via the digital channel
  • Work with business to establish communication strategy and programs to drive conversion, sales growth, and automation capabilities
  • Key contact for eShop functions for region (eg: training and coordinating key users, supporting customer interactions)
  • Collaborate and align with global colleagues to create ideas to further improve the eCommerce shop and drive sales
  • Analysis of customer needs and online behavior

Who we are looking for

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or Marketing
  • 3+ years experience in eCommerce/Digital, including customer facing experience
  • Solid understanding of digital sales channels and their development
  • Experience with Agile methods (SCRUM) and Design Thinking preferable
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, passion and strong work ethic
  • Team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills necessary
  • High digital affinity and assured handling of digital software and tools
  • Fluent English language skills
