The Global Marketing & Excellence and Digital Transformation team drives changes for the Transport and Metal division of Henkel:

- Embracing digital technologies to improve speed & agility in sales processes

- Direct link from global marketing strategy to regional execution

- Continued focus on consistent standards, processes and tools

- Identifying and developing strategies to increase our marketing and sales performance

We are looking for a new motivated colleague to join our team.

What we offer

  • Scope, sequence and implement the Digital Transformation and Marketing & Sales strategy programs
  • Work in close collaboration with Strategy, Digital Office and different businesses (Automotive, Aerospace, Metal Coil and Metal Packaging), PD and the Regional Marketing and Strategy teams to organize and deploy the programs
  • Drive projects for Digital Transformation key initiatives (Big Data, IIoT etc.) and/or Marketing & Strategy key initiatives (CRM deployment, eCommerce development etc.)
  • Identify and evaluate new digital services opportunities, best practices, state-of-the-art tools in digital/industries
  • Propose governance and implementation plans for the business to excel with M&S key initiatives (incl. roll-out into regions)
  • Identify, analyse and leverage best practices across SBUs, SUs & regions (eliminate “re-inventing the wheel”)
  • Cheerlead the change with regional Marketing, the SUs, PD and Innovation

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
  • Min. 5 years of relevant international experience in Sales, Marketing/PLM, IT and/or Strategy/Consulting 
  • Ability to manage change programs; ensure successful implementation of Digital Transformation and Marketing & Strategy roadmap
  • Building and leading of project team across various functions 
  • Role requires to look at multiple initiatives and regions to be able to deploy effectively time-boxed projects
  • Strong organizational and diplomatic skills and collaboration with different stakeholders (regional, global)
  • Identifying opportunities to develop new initiatives for the business to improving Marketing and Sales/Digitalization

The position can be based in Madison Heights (USA) as well.
