The Cyber Defense Management team is part of Henkel’s IBS Governance & Security department and is globally responsible for cyber security and its processes. This includes cyber threat intelligence gathering, vulnerability and impact evaluation, cyber market trend analysis, cyber defense solutions evaluation and implementation projects, communication & awareness activities, cyber incident evaluation and emergency response and coordination of forensic evaluation. As member of the cyber defense team you are the primary contact for all cyber security related topics and work closely together with the Security Operations Center (SOC).

Who we are looking for

  • Master degree in Business Administration with focus on Information Science, or in Information Security, or a university degree with comparable professional experience
  • Work experience in managing IT security projects
  • Ideally earned personal certifications, e.g. ITIL, PMP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA
  • Experience with collaboration with the Security Operations Center in evaluating security incidents, coordinating the security incident resolution response and initiating the follow up projects when necessary
  • Business focus combined with good knowledge of current IT security and technology trends
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language, ideally including German
  • Motivated team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to analyze trends, technologies and services regarding IT security and ability to formulate clear recommendations and manage follow up projects where necessary
